Whether based on your cover letter or resume, recruiters only take 6 seconds to see if you are match. Be honest you understand the paycut and why it doesn't bother you at the appropriate time in the interview process. 1) Do you have the admin skills to be an EA? Can you fit in a corporate structured environment?
