Be upfront in your cover letter. Now I’ve said it a hundred times before in my blogs, that the cover letter is the opportunity to sell yourself. The key to writing a cover letter and resume is to imagine you are never going to get the opportunity to talk to them (which sometimes is the case).

Believe it or not, while some EAs do hold tremendous power, because travel is a very expensive and uncomfortable aspect of business, many executives or companies are very specific on what is or isn't allowed and which airlines they will or won't fly.
