Hochwarter over the phone. And I do understand that money does not buy happiness, etc etc, but we do heroes, mentors and models of good behavior. Those of us who have been in the workforce for a longer period of time owe it to ourselves to help them, mentor them and encourage them. I would love to see it myself.
