In January 2010 I wrote an entire ebook based on this post (an ebook which still sells, by the way) and in February I created the printed version of that ebook. It still gets a few hundreds visits every day and to date, is the only post on my blog with more than 1000 retweets. The printed version is available on Amazon.com.

The easiest example for these digital products is an ebook. If you are an experienced writer on your blog, you wouldn’t find it difficult to write an ebook. But digital products are not limited to ebooks. As for the ebooks, I already wrote 4 ebooks and all 4 are still selling. It’s also familiar.

Last week he launched his first ebook, called Upgrade Reality. He also nick-named the ebook: “The no-nonsense guide to overcoming personal obstacles and getting the life of your dreams.&# The ebook is easy to read but it’s not an easy ebook. I wonder how many of us would write a self-improvement ebook at 25.

It now has over 150 free personal excellence articles and free ebooks, chocked full of content and value. I also began to branch out to speaking and training via workshops. There are 1-2 ad channels here and there, a free ebook gets readers to sign up for their feed, 2-3 affiliate products and a bunch of amazon links.

Although my non-compete agreement was a little bit tougher, preventing me from starting something again on the same market, I somehow managed to keep my business network alive. It’s more like a networking event. Looking back (without anger, of course) this proved to be a very good thing to do.

From a reputation point of view, being at least on the most popular social media networks is a must. Twitter It’s a “hit and run” network. Tip #2: When writing for others, be sure to retain copyright. If it's nonfiction, then you have an audio course, an ebook and a print book as an end result. I wrote The Deeper Meditation Training Course first, then the audio course came out later. Tip #1: Avoid phrasing or content that will become quickly out of date.
