I also provide a lot of on the job training. I am giving people a start in the VA industry and helping them fine tune their skills. If you hire subcontractors and then micromanage them, provide them office equipment, ect, then yes this is illegal. I also run a multi-VA firm and do it legally. I am encouraging economic growth.
