Don’t get me wrong they still travel for Board meetings and client engagement but they don’t get on a flight simply because there are no alternatives to getting everyone together. Pros: Multiple locations across all time zones. Once the initial cost of equipment has been paid teleconferencing is inexpensive.

Pay attention or it could cost your company money. One time we had to cancel at the last minute, but we were a few days past the cancellation date. It was going to cost our company $5,000 plus in cancellation fees. They want your business and will normally come back with something much better than they initially offered.
