If you wanted to leave a first impression with your customer about a new product would you say it’s like NOTHING? In the first paragraph it asks the question “What does it taste like?&# LIKE NOTHING.

Add to that the fact that I hadn’t exercised since Reagan was President – it was a pretty tame routine by all standards of comparison. I am a customer service trainer, and in training I reiterate the importance of the customer relationship. No change. No change in the routine.

Amazon’s $20 increase for Prime members certainly drew a lot of derogatory hoopla this past week with social media and forums all buzzing with criticism about the 25% hike. These are the people who spend twice as much as non-Prime members annually, and it’s all about convenience, selection, and price comparisons.

for comparison, this font size is TWELVE) I couldn’t read a single word. Hey, it was free, it’s Saturday, what else do I have to do with my time? I get to the page where you answer essay questions about yourself and the font is SIZE SIX. I would need to get my magnifing glasses to even begin the process.
