When the printer/scanner/fax breaks down I am ultimately the person who troubleshoots and fixes the machine in question. There was less sharing of information and limited collaboration. For one of my previous roles as long as I had enough diet coke and Belgian biscuits in stock for my boss I was performing my role to full effect.
