Last week I was having a fabulous holiday in New York to celebrate my Mum’s 60th birthday. We ate at an Italian restaurant called Il Violino on Columbus Avenue which was very nice, although we did have a slight run in with the waiter who thought we had not tipped enough, despite it being 20% of the bill! Raging Bull!
