Here are some ideas: Daily Calendars Technology is not perfect and neither are humans. Shared calendar. Consolidate emails/list.

Blog posts and articles can turn into: ebooks, presentations, calendar/tip-of-the-day. For example, I conduct a one-hour Busyness LIVE webinar every Wednesday night.
