At this point in your career, I am pretty certain that you are smart, organized, reliable, and are doing pretty well with performance. As an EA, it’s pretty cut and dry if you are organized, reliable, listen and communicate well, understand the chain of command, and are diplomatic and trustworthy. So I think you are on a good path.
