This is a powerful gift and must be used wisely. One of my on-line mentors is Alex Mandossian and one thing I admire about him is the massive volume of work he can pump out. It is not getting a drink or seeing what your buds are up to on Twitter/Facebook. Or connect on Facebook ! It is about HOW you use your time.

You don't need to know every time someone has added you as a friend on Facebook or has invited you to join an online group. Utilize your calendar to schedule tasks. Sit down at your calendar and block out the time for your tasks. If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in.
