Notebooks – I have one hard back A4 notebook for meetings and one A5 scrapbook for scribbles, doodles and messy thoughts. Calendar – For quick reference I have a one sheet per day calendar block on my desk. The phone should be on the desk as near to your keyboard and computer screen as possible.

NeuYear calendar. I’m big on visuals, and the NeuYear calendar gives me a bird’s eye view of my year in one place. The pink box is generally used for, well…doodling. It syncs via Bluetooth and with my tiny fingers the keyboard actually works rather well (again, I’m using one of the original designs ). Agenda Calendar.
