At the time I listed the property, the market had been soft, but the competing active listings in the area were still priced relatively high, and the property owners insisted we start higher and slowly bring the price down to where I thought the home would sell. Is customer service commensurate with price in real estate sales?

’ Branding used to be just associated with a company logo or a business card, but that was 20 years ago. Branding is how businesses live and breathe. As an example, Wal-Mart caters to low prices, Microsoft is known for technology, and Mercedes-Benz is known for luxury. Compare it to your house.

I also can use the recording to make a cd and give to potential clients or current clients instead of a business card or brochure. For instance, say you have a white paper that is highlighting a variety of survey and statistical findings. Thanks to Michele Price of Michele Price Media.
