I tried my best to not be tethered to my phone, emails, texting and more. As you view everything that has come across your desk whether they are phone calls, new assignments from your executive or your own project work: Assess all of it. Take business cards. Keep in mind that you can only do so much in 8 hours.

Both times I’ve replaced my phone as quickly as is humanly possible because I am just lost without it (sometimes I am literally lost without it thanks to my dependence on Google maps to get me about London!). Although I still do print everything off this is a great app to have on your phone so you can check your details on the go.

Although I still do print everything off this is a great app to have on your phone so you can check details on the go. I use the website all the time, not just for planning travel but also for expenses, so it is helpful having the app on my phone. Tipping in restaurants around the world can be very confusing. Location: Candy and Doreen will be joining us from remote locations and the session will be accessible by either long distance phone and/or computer, headset and wifi connection.
