I get snail mail from credit card companies who could not possibly have my new mailing address unless they scammed it off some list. I’ve happily signed up for all kinds of email lists. I have a crazy-busy RSS feed. And as you do this, invite them and if they like you enough they might sign up for your newsletter.

Email the owners and offer to guest post or to do an interview. Like carrying a business card. Branching out is a great gig—I make friends, I expand my thinking, I have a laugh, and it even has positive business results. So What Do I Do With My Newsletter/Autoresponder Now? Here's a tip: you talk to, email several people a day. I also can use the recording to make a cd and give to potential clients or current clients instead of a business card or brochure. Some of those become blog posts, newsletter articles, parts of books. BLOGS, ARTICLES, NEWSLETTERS, PUBLIC SPEAKING - OH MY!!!
