A picky manager who gives you more and more complex tasks without showing recognition or proposing you for a promotion, that’s a disempowering person. An empowering person would give you more chances for promotion, or recognition.

Use social media functions with trust: retweet, like, promote. Most of the time, digital friendships last as long as the underlying hidden agenda’s of both parties last. At least Im telling you my true opinion, not a fake one from a blog owner who wants to promote his blog. Start a dialogue. What can go wrong? This is sad.

Thanks to everyones diligent efforts to promote the series on twitter, loads of strangers have become readers too. We're all engaged in sales whenever we have an idea or agenda we want push.
