Nothing fancy, just a lot of windows, menus and forms. Sometimes validation comes in form of money. Sometimes it comes in form of emotional support. Your partner just had a promotion or a personal breakthrough and you’re supporting him. An empowering person would give you more chances for promotion, or recognition.

Usually, when something is very easy, it is not impressive in any shape or form. When there is a tense situation, or argument of some type, whether you are directly involved or situated as a bystander, keeping your cool lets everyone know you are very strong in mind. It is very easy to lose your cool in a tough or argumentative situation.
