In my case, I am lucky, since I only have to track calls for myself and use my daily journal or agenda (call it what you will) to make notes. Call logs can easily be viewed using a spread sheet for cost analysis purposes. Do you wish that you could be able to track calls and make sure that you have all of the details in place?

I am being considered as a potential candidate because I am bilingual, have a paralegal certificate and masters degree in financial analysis. The reality of being an EA is that while the phones, calendar, and travel are essentially the same in every office your boss and your team are always unique people with their own work styles and needs.

If it’s a friendship, see if the person at the end is not having any hidden agendas which will break up the validation process at some point.
