I keep myself refreshed in basic computer skills and attend webinars and conferences on best EA practice, but no formal qualifications. If you can get a mentor n(within or outside of your company), that might help also. I continue to take courses, seminars, and webinars to keep my skills and knowledge of the field relevant.
