Having an "independency" can cause stress from work overload, misuse of time, cause deadlines to be missed, and result in errors and mistakes. this is a 3-part project – the top shelf, hanging clothes, and bottom half of the closet. Guess what you are on the road to becoming a micromanager. I call this an independency.

Humour is a powerful stress reliever if done in good taste, but timing is everything. I actually have fun at work, but I work hard and consider myself a professional. Proofing documents can also be funny. The funniest was the gym clothes. Its not that Im funny, because Im not, but I find a lot of things funny.
