A 2019 study of a Swiss population found that people who napped once or twice weekly had fewer cardiovascular issues. If I didn’t nap in time, I would lie there forever missing important emails and sacrificing deadlines. Looking at it, I grew confident that exercise could be a great lead-up to a power nap. Probably not.
