I was forcing myself to be stressed out about finding the answer to all these questions. Here’s what I found: I completed my workout faster, as I didn’t need to wait for equipment. Train yourself to wake up earlier and do at least 15 minutes of exercise (even if it’s just a brisk walk). I was forcing myself to work harder.
