For many years I have consulted the guide for restaurant and venue ideas, it has always been my first port of call when managers have asked me to book restaurants for them. On the 17th and 18th September 2014 in Old Billingsgate, London , Square Meal Venues and Events Live will once again host over 250 venues and suppliers.

If our manager’s take little time to help us set good objectives (again this is fairly common) how do they know what to judge us on? I’ve added a few dual objectives that I shared with my manager so that we both had something to work on together throughout that year…. The first large commercial event is in July 2014.
