Now that is customer service! The Gold Coast area has lots of hotels but they are predominately owned by international chains and so The Talbott is quite unique and I think it makes all the difference. The service is very personal and the staff seem to take pride in the hotel and are passionate about it.

The surprises began with dinner at the swankiest restaurant from their hometown in Brussels and progressed to skydiving, matching tattoos and a “bachelor’s” weekend in Ireland. He started with his wife, Dawn, and has been doing it alone since her death in 2014. She woke him up at 5:30 a.m. foster care system for over 20 years.
