These are the key findings of the latest quarterly Labour Market Outlook , from the CIPD, which surveyed more than 2,000 employers across all sectors of the economy in April 2022 about their hiring, pay and redundancy intentions for the second quarter of 2022. Pressure on pay could ultimately feed into higher prices for products and services.

I was trying to ignore them.

Reward and Recognition within the Assistant Industry
