My work is training executive assistants all over the world and lots of them have quit their jobs. It costs a company 6-9 months of an employee’s annual salary to replace them. One reason is, that for many leaders, a 2021 Zenger Folkman poll reports that most leaders don’t receive their first training in managing people until age 46.
