Do people really boycott businesses and restaurants the first time we feel we are treated poorly? When I first graduated from college, and of course I was poor, I purchased what to me was a very expensive white shirt with navy blue trim from Macy’s. Is it really poor customer service or do we as consumers expect too much?

One of the reasons I started Practically Perfect PA back in 2011 was because I wanted to create an online community for assistants. Meeting other assistants who work near by, who share the same suppliers, hotels, restaurants etc. Jump forward nearly five years – where the heck has that time gone!??! It is brilliant!

In 2011, the Department of justice in the US indicted the two largest online poker websites for tax evasion, money laundering, and a whole whack of charges, and consequently made it illegal for the US.
