Do people really boycott businesses and restaurants the first time we feel we are treated poorly? When I first graduated from college, and of course I was poor, I purchased what to me was a very expensive white shirt with navy blue trim from Macy’s. Is it really poor customer service or do we as consumers expect too much?

In 2011, the Department of justice in the US indicted the two largest online poker websites for tax evasion, money laundering, and a whole whack of charges, and consequently made it illegal for the US. But they really appreciated the fact that they could go to a nice restaurant and have a bigger per diem and that sort of thing.

By the time I expensed medical, insurance, retirement etc, I barely broke even. Making a point to remember this reassures me that I’m not ripping off somebody when a friend painfully winces, “Oooh, that’s sooo expensive,” after I explain my rates. Rule #4: Charge for learning time and training materials. This is a given.
