You have access to more resources, such as better technology and online learning (which is usually provided by the company). Trust me, it can be very stressful! You can voice your opinion more so, since there are few executive personnel. Large Firms: Your job is more stable, since there are more funds reserved, due to larger profits.

Our lives are increasingly hectic and we are bombarded by so much stuff on a daily basis that learning to be productive, so as to handle the stresses of modern life, is a wise move. There is an entire industry dedicated to the issue; a sub-niche of personal development, capable of surviving and even thriving on its own.
