I have also included some Outlook 2007 tips: Word 2007: Change Case To toggle between upper, lower and initial caps.

You don’t indicate if you are talking about Board minutes or membership meeting minutes. According to every reference I can find for document retention, Board minutes should be kept permanently. I didn’t find any specific references to membership meeting minutes in any of the research I’ve done.

One of the best kept secrets in Word 2007 is the Word Options button. Wow.this tip almost makes me want to upgrade to 2007 *laughs*.

It works well when it is a co-worker who sits closest to you, but depending on how your office is set up that might not be possible. If it is a planned time off then you can meet with your buddy and give them any instructions or information they will need to handle in your absence and any contact names and numbers. 5, 2010 at 12 p.m.

Does your boss ever organize a meeting behind your back? He will have a quick conversation with a staff member and set up a meeting, but not tell me anything about it.
