I learned this lesson long ago, and now it’s time for you to learn it too: If you don’t 150% believe that what you have to offer is worth someone’s money, then you’re going to feel unsure, uncertain and under-confident. That confident attitude makes people believe that yeah, this popcorn does seem to be better.

Mix into the brewing storm, inefficient systems, inflexible bureaucracy, and lack of intercommunication; rumors fly, and you now have unengaged employees who become very expensive for any company. Senior management can lead with their vision and strategies in order to instill employee confidence. Well thought. Great points. Train them.

I’ll put your mind at ease right now: your seminar doesn’t need to be long, it doesn’t need to be complicated, and it doesn’t need to be expensive. Don’t bother going through the effort and expense of getting people to your seminar only to “um” and “uh” your way through the program.

I’d like a website, but I’m having a hard time justifying the expense.&# A website like that conveys confidence, pride and prowess. I agree with you that an expensive-looking appeal and impression are key. I have my offline business and that does well. Okay, no problem. That’s a sign of success.
