One of the things I remember, and have put to good use, was a workshop on resume writing. I hope this will help you to write your resume if you are looking for a job or if you just need to update your old resume. In resume writing it is suggested that any experience over 10 years is too old to put on your resume.

They also suggested using action words when describing what you do, for example utilizing, preparing and maintaining.
