According to the 2010 US Primary Mortgage Origination Satisfaction Survey by J.D. Power and Associates, Bank of America tanked in their customer satisfaction. The application process is longer and approval time for a loan has increased to 27 1/2 days; up from 20 days last year. Application and approval. days in 2009.
