I see this often when I’m conducting workshops. That will increase your self-esteem and you will want to share more often. The idea is that every person has many talents within them but often they don’t share their tips and shortcuts because they don’t think their idea is anything new.

There is a lot of training and information telling us how to deal with difficult people. I was in a great workshop the other day and the speaker was talking about relationships, self-esteem, our attitudes and more. She provided many tips but the one that resonated with me is: “Adapt to the situation or get out!”.
