Well I didn’t, I hired a fantastic events co-ordinator to do all of the negotiating with the venue and suppliers on my behalf. Don’t let the supplier rush you into making any decisions. At first the consultants picked their own hotels and put the cost through their expenses and as you can imagine their choice of hotels varied wildly and so did the price. I spent a long time managing the relationship with the serviced apartment supplier and also dealt with all of the positive and negative feedback from the consultants.
