It worked and through explaining the process to her I added a column at the end of the table in Word by tabbing over, which automatically creates a new row. Sometimes I find a simple procedure can be made more complicated than it really is so responded that a cut and paste from Excel to Word should do the trick. She was amazed.

I think that during the process of your performance appraisal it would be a good time to bring it up, but I never have. I also do not claim to give any medical, financial, psychological, veterinary, retail, personal training or HR advice, although at times it may seem like I think I know what Im talking about, it is just my opinion.
