For example, my boss would be a board member of another company or some personal events would overlap with networking. You can ask in the interview in a nice way. Tread carefully and speak humbly when you negotiate.

I constantly add new people to my network and spruce up my profile. LOL I don’t divulge because I don’t have any and it’s not good to gossip. Be prepared that sometimes the job description you’re given when you interview is vastly differently once you’re in the job. And then ‘war stories’ come out sometimes.
