The keyboard should usually be at a low height, near the height of your elbows and the mouse should be right next to the keyboard. Try different keyboards and mice – there are many designs on the market. Position the monitor so the top is about at the level of your eyes and it is straight in front of you.

Sure, it’s great to hit the snooze button and give yourself an extra hour of R&R once in awhile, but before you know it, you’re getting up at noon and puttering around before you answer your customer emails. This means getting up at a decent hour, working for a set amount of time, and taking breaks. So thats a problem for me.
