Be careful what you say in stressful situations. Learn to discuss. Learn to disagree without being disagreeable. Know your own weaknesses : Don’t get caught up in gossip. I work in a call center and sometimes the stress of the job alone is enough to keep you on the edge. Take an interest in others.

You have access to more resources, such as better technology and online learning (which is usually provided by the company). Trust me, it can be very stressful! You can voice your opinion more so, since there are few executive personnel. Large Firms: Your job is more stable, since there are more funds reserved, due to larger profits.
