I felt if we were prepared and equipped to do our jobs, it could seem like we were laughing all the way to work.but I also like to have fun at work too. I printed his e-ticket and had everything prepared for his travel. Linda (our travel agent) was obviously having a bad day. Good thing I checked. Needless to say -- it worked!
