All important information, but I knew I couldnt possibly retain much of what I was looking at in one sitting so I started to cheat and flip through a few tabs because I had to sign a form that I read the manual. Food, food and more food If your event requires food the venue will send you a banqet event form and you will need to estimate the amount of food you need. There were charges for audio visual equipment that we never ordered. I finally had a chance to sit down and read your book over the holiday. Excellent material!
