It’s considered a more family friendly environment. Trust me, it can be very stressful! Small Firm: You have more of a “second home” type of feel. Your co-workers are more friendly , since you are more closely knit with each other. You get to have more one-on-one contact with your clients.

If all else fails, you might want to start considering what type of work environment you are in. Lifes too short to stress out! You mentioned that youve spoken to your supervisor, HR, etc. Did you take it up each level all the way to the top? Dont drive yourself nuts about these things.
