Many of clients travel for work and pleasure, crossing multiple time zones. Do high intensity cardio - it will help with jet lag, sleeping in a new time zone and oxygen replenishment. On a really long flight, do your best to get some shut eye, and when you land, hit the ground running in your new time zone.

No matter if you are crossing over multiple time zones or simply want to be able to go to the park and work outside, creating your freedom is possible.
