A major part of my processing speed is in keyboard shortcuts in my e-mail program. You should look into keyboard shortcuts too. For each step of my process, I have a keyboard shortcut such as CTRL-1, CTRL-2 , CTRL-3, etc. For work, I use Outlook. There is no harm in it sitting there for one month prior to auto deletion.

Meeting documents: some people have it printed single sided and others double sided. It is very hard to follow along when not all members have the document printed the same way. Let your fingers do the walking: Quick keyboard sh. It is comical watching everyone trying to sort out which way to hold the paper. I shut it off!

In this new age of not doing anything more than a quick spell check on documents, make sure you do not have any spelling mistakes in your resume.
