Rob: I am the director of the Zappos Customer Loyalty Team. And I started in the company as a temp worker in 2004. It was one of my first jobs out of college actually and I started answering phone calls for the call center so that’s where my history with Zappos started. So that’s our contact center here in Henderson, Nevada.
