Since 2007, Walmart department and discount stores repeatedly have been labeled with the dubious distinction of having the “worst customer service in America.” Yet, shoppers can be a forgiving lot if customer service personnel are at the job and eager to please, but that doesn’t seem to happen much at Walmart.

Amazon has promised access to their digital library also, but I haven’t read where my customer service is going to increase with the higher dues, but I’m still going to renew my subscription. The only transport available was the over crowded London Underground which my boss hated using and the beloved ‘Boris bikes’, which were somewhat of a health and safety hazard. Everyone that signs up to a GetTaxi Corporate Account will have access to a dedicated account manager and access to a 24hr customer service number.
