I was first introduced to her in September 1999, when she was featured on the cover of Inc. magazine ( [link] ). Duncan in job interviews, and have even quoted her in resume' cover letters. I've since reread that article at least a hundred times, and have referred colleagues to the article too many times to count.

If your resume and cover letter are riddled we typos we question your attention to detail. We've hired people who were 20 minutes late to an interview that was only 30 min. When we schedule interviews, numerous people are involved. If you're late, we raise our eyebrow. However, HR can also be very humane and forgiving.
