I was interviewed earlier this month and so I pasted it below. When people would ask me in interviews, my first answer was, “No nepotism here!” I learned through informational interviews that I should apply to temp agencies. Whether based on your cover letter or resume, recruiters only take 6 seconds to see if you are match.
