I also learned at a "Working Smarter with Microsoft Outlook" seminar that we should not use e-mails as urgent requests. I also learned not to open e-mails first thing in the morning, but to clear up any urgencies, or open mail, etc.

We listened, asked questions, and learned more every time we did. One on one consulting, seminars, meet ups are difficult to copy and expensive to hold. You can’t outsource your US seminar to the Philippines, yet. I learned something new today. What follows is me thinking into my keyboard. Happy New Year!!!
